SRO 12/7/C/L & C/71.- WHEREAS a draft of certain bye-laws for regulating the erection and re-erection of buildings in the Cantonment of Saugor was published with the Cantonment Board’s Notice No. B. 3/3/Vol III, dated the 28th Dec., 1977, as required by section  284 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), for inviting objections and suggestions, from all persons likely to be affected thereby till the expiry of a period of 30 days from the date of publication of the said notice :

AND WHEREAS the said notice was affixed on the Saugor Cantonment Notice Board on the 28th December 1977.

AND WHEREAS no objections or suggestions were received from the public by the Cantonment Board before the expiry of thirty days from the said date:  

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the power conferred by section 186 of the said Act and in supersession of the bye-laws published with the Notification of the Central provinces No 1996-2133-II, dated the 15th October 1931, the Cantonment Board Saugor, hereby makes the following bye-laws namely :-
